Description: The main task of this university course was to design a summer festival for the Real Jardin Botanico de Madrid using modern advanced technologies. Also, one of the prerequisites for the presentation of the project was a video. Work on the project first began with the idea of installing some platforms (scenes) in the form of illuminated cosmic planets - the first collage was made for this concept and the first video storyboard was designed according it. Further, the idea was modified in favor of using fog screens.

The entourage of the first sketches was later used in the final materials of the project.
In the video below, you can see how the scenery of the festival would presumably be used by citizens and tourists of Madrid.
To give more meaning, a map of the location of the planets on July 21, 2019 (the opening day of the festival) was superimposed on the garden plan from above.
The way planets are displayed is a plurality of aerosol screens operating on the principle of projecting an image in a volume of free space (that is in an aerosol mixture such as fog). On the section below, you can see a concept diagram of how it all works.

Inside the garden, you can enjoy various space food in tubes, as shown in the video and on the collage above.
July is the hottest month in Madrid, so the night festival is supposed to be the most refreshing summer event.
